Q1: How does our price compare with other factories?
A: As a reputable forklift manufacturer with over 12 years of experience in production and export, we can assure you that our prices are highly competitive compared to other factories.
Q2: What is our delivery time?
A: In most cases, we can deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. This is because we keep common parts in stock, allowing us to have an immediate delivery. For special order requests, we will do our best to deliver according to the confirmed date.
Q3: How quickly do we respond to client inquiries?
A: Our team consists of diligent and dynamic individuals who work tirelessly, 24/7, to respond to client inquiries and questions promptly.
Q4: Which payment terms do we accept?
A: We usually work with T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) terms, and sometimes DP (Documentary Payment) terms.
- For T/T, we require a 30% down payment in advance, with the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term cooperating clients.
- For L/C, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult your individual sales manager for advice.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 terms do we work with?
A: As a professional and sophisticated international player, we can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. However, we typically work with regular terms such as FOB (Free On Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), CP (Carriage Paid), DAP (Delivered at Place).
Q6: How long is our price valid?
A: We are a fair and customer-oriented supplier, never seeking windfall profits. Generally, our prices remain stable throughout the year. However, we may adjust our prices in two situations:
- Significant fluctuations in the USD: MB exchange rate.
- Manufacturers/factories adjusting machine prices due to increasing labor and raw material costs.
Q7: What logistics options do we offer for shipment?
A: We offer various transportation methods for shipping forklifts and other MHE (Material Handling Equipment) products:
- For 80% of our shipments, the machines are transported by sea to major continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. This can be done either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
- For neighboring countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, we can send the machines by road or railway.
- For urgent demands of light spare parts, we can use international courier services like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
