A: In most cases, we can deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. This is because we keep common parts in stock, allowing us to have an immediate delivery. For special order requests, we will do our best to deliver according to the confirmed date.

Q3: How quickly do we respond to client inquiries?

A: Our team consists of diligent and dynamic individuals who work tirelessly, 24/7, to respond to client inquiries and questions promptly.

Q4: Which payment terms do we accept?

A: We generally work with T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) terms, and sometimes DP (Documentary Payment) terms.
- For T/T, we require a 30% down payment in advance, with the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term cooperating clients.
- For L/C, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. We recommend seeking advice from your individual sales manager for further guidance.

A: We offer various transportation methods for shipping forklifts and other MHE (Material Handling Equipment) products:
- For 80% of our shipments, the machines are transported by sea to major continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. This can be done either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
- For neighboring countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, we can send the machines by road or railway.
- For urgent demands of light spare parts, we can use international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
