Tips:
1. Check before operation
- Battery power: Make sure the power is sufficient to avoid power failure in the middle of the operation.
- Tyres and brakes: check whether the tyres are normal and whether the brakes are sensitive.
- Instruments and safety devices: Make sure the indicator lights, alarms and other functions are normal.
2. Standard operation
- Starting and driving: accelerate slowly, avoid starting and stopping quickly; keep driving at a constant speed to reduce power consumption.
- Turning and reversing: Decelerate in advance, observe the surrounding environment and avoid collision.
- Load balance: the goods should be evenly placed, the centre of gravity should be centred, and overloading is prohibited (the general load is 1-5 tonnes).
3. Safety Precautions
- Clear line of sight: when handling tall goods, make sure the line of sight is not blocked, and reverse the vehicle if necessary.
- Personnel distance: keep a safe distance from pedestrians when working, and sound the horn to warn in narrow areas.
- Prohibit to carry people: only used for cargo handling, strictly prohibit to carry people.
4. Maintenance
- Battery Maintenance: Avoid over-discharging and charge regularly (it is recommended to charge when the power is less than 20%).
- Cleaning and lubrication: Regularly clean the body dirt, lubricate the chain, bearings and other parts.
- Regular inspection: check the electric circuit and hydraulic system every month to make sure there is no oil leakage or line aging.
5. Special Scene Handling
- Ramp operation: advance uphill and reverse downhill to avoid cargo slipping.
- Narrow space: use folding or compact electric trolley with flexible steering.
- Emergency: press the emergency stop button immediately, cut off the power and contact the maintenance personnel.

- Training on duty: Operators need to be professionally trained and familiar with vehicle performance and safety norms.
- Regular update: Replace the old equipment in time after technology upgrade to avoid safety hazards.
