Q2: How About Our Delivery Time?
A: Great question! In most cases, we can deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. That's because we keep common parts in stock, allowing us to have an immediate delivery. So, for standard forklifts, you won't have to wait long at all. And if you have any special order requests, we'll do our best to deliver them to you by the confirmed date.
Q3: How Quickly Can We Respond to Client Inquiries?

Q4: Which Payment Terms Can We Accept?
A: We want to make the payment process as convenient as possible for you. Normally, we can work with T/T (30% down payment in advance and 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term clients) or L/C (100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank). If you have any specific payment term requests, feel free to discuss them with your sales manager.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 Terms Can We Work With?
A: We're proud to be a professional and sophisticated international player. We can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. Typically, we work with regular terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP. Let us know which one works best for you!
Q6: How Long Will Our Price be Valid?
A: We believe in fair and transparent pricing. Our prices remain stable throughout the year, as we're not in the business of making windfall profits. However, there are two situations where we may adjust our prices: significant fluctuations in the USD: MB rate due to international currency exchange rates, or if manufacturers/factories increase machine prices due to rising labor and raw material costs.
Q7: What Logistics Options Do We Offer for Shipment?
A: We offer various transportation options for shipping our forklifts and other MHE products. For 80% of our shipments, we use sea transportation to reach all main continents, including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. We can ship by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment. For neighboring countries of China, like Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can send the machines by road or railway. And for urgent orders of light spare parts, we can use international courier services like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
