Q4:Which Payment Terms Can You Accept?
A: Typically, we operate on T/T or L/C terms, and occasionally on DP terms.
(1) For T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance payable before shipment or against the copy of
the original B/L for long-term clients.
(2) For L/C terms, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without 'soft clauses' from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult your
individual sales manager for advice.

Q7:What Logistics Ways You Can Work For Shipment?
A: We offer multiple shipping methods for our forklifts and MHE products.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, machines are sent by sea to major continents, including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East,
Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either via container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For inland neighboring countries like Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can ship by road or railway.
(3) For urgent light spare parts, we use international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
