Q4: What Payment Terms Do You Accept?
A: We typically work on T/T or L/C terms, and sometimes DP terms.
(1) For T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and the remaining 70% balance must be settled before shipment or against the copy of
the original B/L for long-term collaborating clients.
(2) For L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank is acceptable. Please consult
the individual sales manager you are working with for advice.

Q7: What Logistics Methods Do You Use for Shipment?
A: We offer various transportation methods for shipping our forklifts and other MHE products.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, we use sea transport to all main continents including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East,
Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For inland neighboring countries such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, etc., we use road or rail transport.
(3) For urgently needed light spare parts, we use international courier services like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
