A: In general, we can deliver regular machines within 30 days. We have common parts in stock, which allows us to deliver standard forklifts quickly. For special order requests, we will try our best to deliver according to the confirmed date.
A: Our team consists of diligent and dynamic individuals who work 24/7 to respond to client inquiries and questions promptly.
A: We normally work on T/T or L/C terms, sometimes DP terms.
(1) On T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and the remaining 70% balance shall be settled before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term cooperating clients.
(2) On L/C terms, we can accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please seek advice from your individual sales manager.
A: As a professional and sophisticated international player, we can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. We normally work on regular terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP.
A: We are a tender and friendly supplier, never greedy for windfall profit. Our price remains stable throughout the year. We only adjust our price in two situations:
(1) The rate of USD: MB varies significantly according to international currency exchange rates.
(2) Manufacturers/factories adjust machine prices due to increasing labor and raw material costs.
A: We can ship forklifts or other MHE products using various transportation tools.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, the machines will go by sea to all main continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For inland neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, etc., we can send them by road or railway.
(3) For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can send them by international courier service, such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
