A: Generally, we can provide immediate delivery of regular machines within 30 days due to our stock of common parts. For standard forklifts, we ensure very short delivery times, and for special order requests, we strive to meet our confirmed delivery dates.

Q4: Which payment terms can you accept?
A: We typically work on T/T or L/C terms, and occasionally on DP terms.
(1) On T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term clients.
(2) On L/C terms, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without 'soft clauses' from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult your individual sales manager for advice.

Q7: What logistics options do you offer for shipment?
A: We can ship forklifts and other MHE products using various transportation methods.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, we use sea transport to major continents including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, using containers or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For neighboring inland countries such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we ship by road or rail.
(3) For urgently needed light spare parts, we use international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
