Q2: How About Our Delivery Time?
A: Great question! We understand the importance of timely delivery. In most cases, we can immediately deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. This is because we keep common parts in stock, allowing us to quickly assemble standard forklifts. For special order requests, we'll do our best to deliver by the confirmed date. We're committed to getting your forklift to you as soon as possible!

Q4: Which Payment Terms Can We Accept?
A: We want to make the payment process as convenient as possible for you. Normally, we can work with T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) terms. For T/T, we require a 30% down payment in advance, with the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term cooperating clients. For L/C, we can accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 Terms Can We Work With?

Q7: What Logistics Options Do We Offer for Shipment?
A: We've got you covered when it comes to shipping your forklift or other MHE (Material Handling Equipment) products. For 80% of our shipments, we use sea transportation to reach all main continents, including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. We can ship by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment, depending on your needs. For neighboring countries of China like Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can send your order by road or railway. And for light spare parts that are urgently needed, we can use international courier services like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx. We'll choose the most efficient and reliable logistics method for your specific shipment.
