Q4: Which Payment Terms Can You Accept?
A: Typically, we accommodate T/T or L/C terms, and occasionally DP terms.
(1) On T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment or against the
copy of the original B/L for long-term clients.
(2) For L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable L/C without soft clauses from an internationally recognized bank is acceptable. Please consult

Q7: What Logistics Methods Can You Use For Shipment?
A: We can ship forklifts and other MHE products using various transportation methods:
1) For 80% of our shipments, machines are sent by sea to major continents including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East,
Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
2) For neighboring countries like Russia, Mongolia, and Central Asian countries, we can ship by road or railway.
3) For urgent light spare parts, we can send them via international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
