Q1: How does our price compare with other factories?
A: As a professional forklift manufacturer with over 12 years of experience in production and export, we can assure you that our prices are more competitive than other factories.
Q2: How is our delivery time?
A: In general, we can deliver regular machines within 30 days. We have common parts in stock, allowing for immediate delivery. For special order requests, we will try our best to deliver the products on the confirmed date.
Q3: How soon can we respond to client inquiries?
A: Our team consists of diligent and dynamic individuals who work 24/7 to respond to client inquiries and questions promptly.
Q4: Which payment terms can we accept?
A: Normally, we work on T/T term or L/C term, sometimes DP term. On T/T term, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and the remaining 70% balance shall be settled before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term cooperating clients. On L/C term, we can accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please seek advice from your individual sales manager for further information.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 terms can we work with?
A: As a professional and sophisticated international player, we can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. We normally work on regular terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP.
Q6: How long will our price be valid?
A: We are a tender and friendly supplier who is not greedy for windfall profits. Generally, our prices remain stable throughout the year. We only adjust our prices in two situations: when the rate of USD: MB varies significantly due to international currency exchange rates, or when manufacturers/factories adjust machine prices due to increasing labor and raw material costs.
Q7: What logistics ways can we work for shipment?
A: We can ship forklifts and other MHE products using various transportation tools. For 80% of our shipments, the machines will be transported by sea to all main continents, including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment. For inland neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can send the products by road or railway. For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can use international courier services like DHL, ***, UPS, or FedEx.
