Q4: Which Payment Terms Can You Accept?
A: We typically accept T/T or L/C terms, and sometimes DP terms.
(1) For T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and the remaining 70% balance should be settled before shipment or against the copy of the
original B/L for long-term clients.
(2) For L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable L/C without 'soft clauses' from an internationally recognized bank can be accepted. Please consult

Q7: What Logistics Ways Can You Work For Shipment?
A: We offer various shipping methods for forklifts and other MHE products.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, we use sea freight, covering main continents like Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For inland neighboring countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, etc., we can ship by road or rail.
(3) For urgent spare parts, we use international courier services like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
