A: As a professional forklift manufacturer with over 12 years of experience in production and export, we guarantee a competitive price compared to other factories.
Q2: How is our delivery time?
A: In general, we can deliver regular machines within 30 days as we keep common parts in stock. For standard forklifts, we can provide immediate delivery. For special orders, we will try our best to meet the confirmed delivery date.
Q3: How soon can we respond to client inquiries?
A: Our team consists of diligent and dynamic individuals who work 24/7 to promptly respond to client inquiries and questions.
Q4: Which payment terms can we accept?
A: We normally work on T/T (30% down payment in advance and 70% balance before shipment) or L/C (100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank). Please consult your individual sales manager for advice.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 terms can we work with?
A: As a professional and sophisticated international player, we can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. We usually work on regular terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP.
Q6: How long will our price be valid?
A: We are a fair and reasonable supplier, and our prices remain stable throughout the year. We only adjust our prices in two situations: significant fluctuations in the USD: MB rate and adjustments made by manufacturers/factories due to labor and raw material costs.
Q7: What logistics ways can we work for shipment?
A: We can ship forklifts and other MHE products using various transportation methods. For 80% of our shipments, the machines are transported by sea to main continents, including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment. For inland neighborhood countries of China, we can send shipments by road or railway. For urgent demand of light spare parts, we can use international courier services such as DHL, ***, UPS, or FedEx.
