Q1: How does your price compare with other factories?
A: As professional forklift manufacturers with over 12 years of experience in production and export, we can assure you that our prices are more competitive than other factories.
Q2: How is your delivery time?
A: In general, we can deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. We have common parts in stock, allowing us to deliver standard forklifts in a very short time. For special order requests, we will try our best to deliver according to the confirmed date.
Q3: How soon can you respond to client inquiries?
A: Our team consists of diligent and dynamic individuals who work 24/7 to respond to client inquiries and questions promptly.
Q4: Which payment terms can you accept?
A: Normally, we accept T/T (30% down payment in advance and 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L) or L/C (100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank). For long-term cooperating clients, we can discuss other payment terms such as DP.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 terms can you work with?
A: As a professional and sophisticated international player, we can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. We usually work with regular terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, DAP.
Q6: How long will your price be valid?
A: We are a fair and reasonable supplier, not seeking windfall profits. Our prices remain stable throughout the year. We only adjust our prices in two situations: significant fluctuations in the USD: MB exchange rate or when manufacturers/factories adjust machine prices due to increasing labor and raw material costs.
Q7: What logistics ways can you work for shipment?
A: We can ship forklifts and other MHE products using various transportation methods. For 80% of our shipments, the machines are transported by sea to main continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment. For inland neighborhood countries of China, we can send shipments by road or railway. For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can use international courier services such as DHL, ***, UPS, or FedEx.
