A: In general, we can deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. We have common parts in stock, which allows us to provide fast delivery for standard forklifts. For special order requests, we will do our best to deliver according to the confirmed date.

Q4: Which payment terms can we accept?
A: We normally work on T/T (30% down payment, 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of original B/L) or L/C terms. Please consult with your sales manager for further advice.

For 80% of our shipments, the machines are transported by sea to major continents like Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. For neighboring countries of China, we can send shipments by road or railway. For urgent orders of light spare parts, we offer international courier services such as DHL, ***, UPS, or FedEx.
