Q4: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We typically work with T/T or L/C terms, and sometimes DP terms.
(1) For T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and the remaining 70% is settled before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term clients.

A: We offer various transportation methods for shipping forklifts and other MHE products.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, we use sea transport, delivering to all major continents-Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia-via container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For neighboring countries like Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we provide road or railway transport.
(3) For urgent light spare parts, we use international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
