Q4: Which payment terms can you accept?
A: Normally, we work on T/T or L/C terms, and sometimes DP terms.

A: We can ship forklifts and other MHE products using various modes of transportation.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, machines are sent by sea to all main continents, including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East,
Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For neighboring inland countries such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, etc., we can send by road or railway.
(3) For urgent light spare parts, we can send them through international courier services like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
