Q4: Which Payment Terms Can You Accept?
A: We typically work with T/T, L/C, and sometimes DP terms.
(1) On T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance to be settled before shipment, or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term clients.
(2) On L/C terms, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult your individual sales manager for advice.

(1) For 80% of shipments, we utilize sea freight to major continents including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For neighboring inland countries such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we use road or railway transport.
(3) For urgent light spare parts, we rely on international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
