Q4: Which Payment Terms Can You Accept?
A: Generally, we accept T/T and L/C terms, and sometimes DP terms.
(1) For T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% to be settled before shipment, or against the copy of
the original B/L for long-term clients.
(2) For L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from a recognized international bank is acceptable. Please consult your
individual sales manager for advice.

A: As a professional international player, we can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms and typically work with terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP.

A: As a considerate and fair supplier, we maintain stable pricing throughout the year. We only adjust our prices based on two conditions:
(1) Significant fluctuations in the USD: MB rate due to international currency exchange rates;
(2) Increases in labor and raw material costs by manufacturers/factories.
Q7: What Logistics Methods Can You Use for Shipment?
A: We have versatile shipping options for our forklifts and other MHE products:
(1) For 80% of our shipments, we use sea freight to major continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For neighboring inland countries like Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we use road or railway transportation.
(3) For urgent light spare parts, we utilize international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
