Q1: How Does Your Price Compare with Other Manufacturers?
A: As seasoned forklift manufacturers with over 12 years of production and export experience, we assure you competitive pricing.
We offer you more competitive prices than other factories.
Q2: What About Your Delivery Time?
A: Under normal circumstances, we can promptly deliver regular machines within 30 days. This is possible because
we maintain a stock of common parts. Hence, for standard forklifts, we can offer swift delivery, and for special orders,
we strive to meet the delivery date as confirmed.
Q3: How Quickly Can You Respond to Client Inquiries?
A: Our dedicated team is dynamic and diligent, operating 24/7 to respond to client inquiries and questions promptly.
We ensure timely responses at all times.
Q4: What Payment Terms Do You Accept?
A: Typically, we work on T/T or L/C terms, and sometimes DP terms.
(1) For T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment or against the copy of
the original B/L for long-term clients.
(2) For L/C terms, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without 'soft clauses' from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult
your sales manager for advice.
Q5: What Incoterms 2010 Terms Do You Use?
A: As experienced international players, we handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. Typically, we work with terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP.
Your shipment terms can be customized based on your needs.
Q6: How Long Are Your Prices Valid?
A: As a reliable and ethical supplier, our prices remain stable throughout the year. We only adjust prices under two conditions:
Our pricing adjustments are based on the following:
(1) Significant fluctuations in the USD:MB exchange rate due to international currency changes;
(2) Manufacturer price adjustments due to rising labor and raw material costs.
Q7: What Logistics Options Do You Offer for Shipment?
A: We offer versatile shipping solutions for forklifts and other material handling equipment.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, we use sea freight, covering all major continents including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East,
Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either via container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For neighboring inland countries such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we utilize road or railway transportation.
(3) For urgent light spare parts, we use international courier services like DHL, ***, UPS, or FedEx.
