Tips:
1. Check before operation
- Battery power: Make sure the power is sufficient to avoid power failure in the middle of the operation.
- Tyres and brakes: check whether the tyres are normal and whether the brakes are sensitive.
- Instruments and safety devices: Make sure the indicator lights, alarms and other functions are normal.
2. Standard operation
- Starting and driving: accelerate slowly, avoid starting and stopping quickly; keep driving at a constant speed to reduce power consumption.
- Turning and reversing: Decelerate in advance, observe the surrounding environment and avoid collision.
- Load balance: the goods should be evenly placed, the centre of gravity should be centred, and overloading is prohibited (the general load is 1-5 tonnes).
3. Safety Precautions
- Clear line of sight: when handling tall goods, make sure the line of sight is not blocked, and reverse the vehicle if necessary.
- Personnel distance: keep a safe distance from pedestrians when working, and sound the horn to warn in narrow areas.
- Prohibit to carry people: only used for cargo handling, strictly prohibit to carry people.
4. Maintenance
- Battery Maintenance: Avoid over-discharging and charge regularly (it is recommended to charge when the power is less than 20%).
- Cleaning and lubrication: Regularly clean the body dirt, lubricate the chain, bearings and other parts.
- Regular inspection: check the electric circuit and hydraulic system every month to make sure there is no oil leakage or line aging.
5. Special Scene Handling
- Ramp operation: advance uphill and reverse downhill to avoid cargo slipping.
- Narrow space: use folding or compact electric trolley with flexible steering.
- Emergency: press the emergency stop button immediately, cut off the power and contact the maintenance personnel.
6.Precautions
- Training on duty: Operators need to be professionally trained and familiar with vehicle performance and safety norms.
- Regular update: Replace the old equipment in time after technology upgrade to avoid safety hazards.

Q1: How does your price compare with other factories?
A: As professional forklift manufacturers with over 12 years of experience in production and export, we can assure you that our prices are more competitive than other factories in the market.
Q2: How is your delivery time?
A: In general, we can deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. This is possible because we keep common parts in stock, allowing us to have an immediate delivery. For special order requests, we will try our best to deliver according to the confirmed date.
Q3: How soon can you respond to client inquiries?

Q4: Which payment terms can you accept?
A: Normally, we accept T/T (30% down payment in advance and 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L) or L/C (100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank). For long-term cooperating clients, we can discuss other payment terms such as DP.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 terms can you work with?
A: As a professional and sophisticated international player, we can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. However, we usually work with regular terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, DAP.

A: We are a fair and reasonable supplier, and our prices remain stable throughout the year. We only adjust our prices in two situations: significant fluctuations in the USD: MB exchange rates or when manufacturers/factories adjust machine prices due to increasing labor and raw material costs.
Q7: What logistics ways can you work for shipment?
A: We offer various transportation options for shipping forklifts and other MHE products. For 80% of our shipments, the machines are transported by sea to main continents like Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. We use containers or RoRo/Bulk shipment. For inland neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can send the machines by road or railway. For urgent demands of light spare parts, we can use international courier services like DHL, ***, UPS, or FedEx.
