Tips:

1. Preparation before operation  
   - Check the equipment: make sure the battery is sufficiently charged, the hydraulic system is normal, and the brakes, lights and warning devices are effective.  
   - Familiarise yourself with the operation panel: understand the position and function of the function buttons such as start, lift, forward/backward.  
   - Adjust the forks: adjust the fork spacing according to the width of the goods to ensure stable handling.

2. Precautions during operation  
   - Smooth start/stop: Avoid rapid acceleration or braking to prevent the goods from tipping over or being damaged.  
   - Cargo stability: Forks should be fully inserted into the bottom of the pallet, the centre of gravity of the cargo should be centred, and overloading should be avoided (refer to the load marking).  
   - Clear line of sight: keep the line of sight unobstructed when handling, if necessary, take reverse driving or equipped with assistants to guide.  
   - Reasonable lifting and lowering: Raise the forks only for stacking or picking up goods, and keep the forks 10-15cm above the ground when travelling.  

3. Special environment operation  
   - Narrow space: Take advantage of the compact design of the electric stacker cranes, drive at low speed and pay attention to the turning radius.  
   - Ramp operation: keep the goods in the uphill direction when travelling up and down the slope to avoid skidding.  

4. Maintenance and care  
   - Regular charging: lithium batteries avoid over-discharging and lead-acid batteries need to be replenished in time.  
   - Clean the equipment: remove dust and oil to prevent blocking the hydraulic system or corroding parts.  
   - Check the key components: lubricate the chain regularly, check the tyre wear, and test the sealing of hydraulic oil.
