Q2: How is Your Delivery Time?
A: Under typical circumstances, we can ensure immediate delivery of regular machines to our clients within 30 days, as we maintain a stock of common parts. For standard forklifts, delivery is prompt, and for special order requests,
we strive to meet the confirmed delivery date.
Q3: HOW Soon Can You Respond to Client Inquiries?
A: Our team consists of diligent and dynamic individuals working around the clock, ensuring that client inquiries and questions are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Q4: Which Payment Terms Can You Accept?
A: We generally accept T/T and L/C terms, and occasionally DP terms.
(1) On T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% to be settled before shipment or upon presentation of the original B/L for long-term cooperating clients.
(2) On L/C terms, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult with your individual sales manager for more details.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 Terms Can You Work?
A: As a professional and sophisticated international player, we handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. We usually work with standard terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP.
Q6: How Long Will Your Price be Valid?
A: We are a considerate and fair supplier, not driven by short-term gains. Our prices generally remain stable throughout the year. We only adjust our prices in two scenarios:
(1) Significant fluctuations in the USD:MB exchange rate based on international currency exchange rates.
(2) Adjustments by manufacturers/factories due to increased labor and raw material costs.
Q7: What Logistics Ways Can You Work For Shipment?
A: We offer various shipment methods for forklifts and other MHE products.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, we use sea freight to all major continents, including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipments.
(2) For neighboring inland countries such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we utilize road or railway transportation.
(3) For urgently needed light spare parts, we utilize international courier services such as DHL, ***, UPS, and FedEx.
