Q4: Which Payment Terms Can You Accept?
A: We typically work on T/T or L/C terms and occasionally on DP terms.
(1) On T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and the 70% balance is settled before shipment or against the copy of
the original B/L for long-term clients.
(2) On L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable L/C without 'soft clauses' from an internationally recognized bank is acceptable. Please consult
the individual sales manager you are working with for detailed advice.

Q7: What Logistics Ways Can You Work For Shipment?
A: We offer various transportation options for shipping forklifts and other MHE products.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, machines are transported by sea to major continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East,
Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For inland neighboring countries of China like Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can ship by road or railway.
(3) For urgent light spare parts, we use international courier services like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
