A: Under normal circumstances, we can immediately deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days, because
we have common parts in stock. For standard forklifts, we can deliver in a very short time, and for some special order requests,
we will strive to deliver by the confirmed date.

Q4: Which Payment Terms Can You Accept?
A: Normally we can work on T/T terms or L/C terms, sometimes DP terms.
(1) On T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and the 70% balance shall be settled before shipment, or against the copy of
the original B/L for long-term cooperating clients.
(2) On L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank can be accepted. Please seek the
advice of the individual sales manager you work with.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 Terms Can You Work With?
A: We are a professional and sophisticated international player, capable of handling all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. We normally work on regular
terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP.
Q6: How Long Will Your Price be Valid?
A: We are a considerate and friendly supplier, never greedy for windfall profits. Typically, our prices remain stable throughout the year. We only adjust
our prices based on two situations:
(1) Significant fluctuations in the USD: MB rate according to international currency exchange rates;
(2) Adjustments by manufacturers/factories in machine prices due to increasing labor costs and raw material costs.
Q7: What Logistics Ways Can You Work For Shipment?
A: We can ship forklifts or other MHE products using various transportation methods.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, the machines will go by sea to all main continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East,
Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For inland neighboring countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can send by road or railway.
(3) For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can send them by international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
