Q4: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We typically accept T/T and L/C terms, and occasionally DP terms.
(1) For T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment or against the original B/L for long-term clients.
(2) For L/C terms, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without 'soft clauses' from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult your sales manager for details.

(1) For 80% of shipments, we deliver by sea to continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, using containers or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For neighboring countries like Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we deliver by road or railway.
(3) For urgent light spare parts, we use international courier services like DHL, ***, UPS, or FedEx.
