A: Under normal circumstances, we can deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. This quick turnaround is possible because
we maintain a stock of common parts. For standard forklifts, delivery times are very short. For special order requests,
we strive to meet the confirmed delivery date.
Q3: How soon can you respond to client inquiries?
A: Our dedicated and dynamic team works around the clock, 24/7, to promptly respond to client inquiries and questions.

Q4: Which payment terms can you accept?
A: We generally work with T/T or L/C terms, and occasionally DP terms.
(1) For T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment or against the copy of
the original B/L for long-term clients.
(2) For L/C terms, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult
your individual sales manager for advice.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 terms can you work with?
A: As a professional and experienced international player, we handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. We typically work with common
terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP.

only under two conditions:
(1) Significant fluctuations in the USD: RMB exchange rate according to international currency exchange rates;
(2) Adjustments in manufacturing costs due to increased labor and raw material expenses.
Q7: What logistics options do you offer for shipment?
A: We can ship forklifts and other MHE products using various transportation methods.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, we use sea transportation to major continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East,
Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For neighboring inland countries like Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can ship by road or rail.
(3) For light spare parts in urgent need, we use international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
