A: Great question! In most cases, we can deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. That's because we keep common parts in stock, allowing us to have an immediate delivery. So, for standard forklifts, you won't have to wait long at all. And if you have any special order requests, we'll do our best to deliver them to you by the confirmed date.

Normally, we can work with T/T (30% down payment in advance and 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term clients) or L/C (100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank). A: We offer various transportation options for shipping our forklifts and other MHE products. For 80% of our shipments, we use sea transportation to reach all main continents, including Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. We can ship by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment. For neighboring countries of China, like Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can send the machines by road or railway. And for urgent demands of light spare parts, we can use international courier services like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
